Oklahoma City Real Estate Investors Association - OKCREIA Property Listing Section Now Available

Hello Everyone,

We would like to announce the addition of our Property Listing Section. You can have full descriptions of your properties along with 3 images as well as the ability to have Virtual Tours. These listings can be active for up to 45 days at a time.

OKCREIA Annual Members get 3 listings at a time for free. If you need more than that, they are $10.00 per additional listing.

Non-Annual Members can also list their properties for $18.00 per listing. These can be purchased in the OKCREIA Store.

When purchasing a listing, please be sure to give your Website user name as well as the Agent user name that you signed up with. It would be best if you kept these the same. Just give this info in the "remarks" section when you make your purchase.

How to get started.

Simply "Register" as a "Listing" agent by using the block on the bottom right of the home page.
Once approved you can begin listing your properties right away.

Although the system will auto-size the image thumbnails, you still need to keep the original file size down. The maximum image upload size is less than 1000kb.
This is really a large file and you should try to keep them down around 100kb for better load times.
If you do not know how or have the software to do this, just e-mail them to me and I can resize them for you, it only takes a few seconds.
