News: New lead based paint laws you must follow

How would you like to get a $35,000 fine from the EPA! Well thats exactly what you could get if you dont follw the new EPA laws regarding lead based Paint. We have Neil Brown who is the President and Owner of EnviroHome Inc. and has been in the environmental consulting business since 1995 here to talk about the new laws and to answer any questions you might have concerning them. Neil has also taught Lead based Paint classes at Metro Technology Center here in OKC since 1995.

The new EPA RRP Rule took effect April 22, 2010. Everyone is supposed to have complied by December 31, 2010 (however most haven't yet). People who own rental property built before 1978 are required to get their firm/company certified by EPA. Also if they perform, or have employees who perform, work on these houses, they must also become individually certified by attenting the one day class. Don't miss out on this one or it could cost you big!

We will also be having David Harry form RMCN Credit services there. David has been in the banking and finance business for over 30 yrs.
