Couple looking for Rent to own or rental property (apt, condo, house) in NW OKC.

Not picky 3/2, 2/1, 2/2 covered parking or garage a plus. Small to no downpayment.

Can afford 600-700/mo - MWC, Bethany, Village, Belle Isle areas preferred (as long as in NW OKC area).

If they have at least $2000 down, I have a 3/1 for them that we'll be finished rehabbing tomorrow.

Here's an old Web page for it. The pictures are from before we rehabbed it. The lease-option price will be higher than $60K.
