Leasing to Buy was established over 7 years ago to assist people who could not qualify for a home loan, and at the same time, helping sellers or investors who were facing challenges in selling their homes or moving their inventory.

Leasing to Buy developed a complete, turnkey business model that helps people achieve the American dream of home ownership.

Leasing to Buy is now looking to expand our lease option system to other cities, with the goal of also helping motivated people who desire to establish and grow their very own business.

We are not offering or trying to sell any sort of “get rich quick scheme” nor are we offering what might be considered your typical real estate seminar. We do not have books or DVD’s to sell, and we are not looking to get hundreds of people in each city to sign up for a weekend “boot camp” of any sort.

In each target area, we are specifically looking for approximately 4 highly motivated and self-driven people who want to help others, while at the same time develop and grow their own business that would provide a very rewarding income.

John Jackson, founder of Leasing to Buy, personally trains each person who goes through his LOC classes. Unlike most real estate systems who hire trainees, John believes in working with smaller groups, which enables him to help each person build his or her own business.
