Hi. I'm looking for a lease/purchase (owner finance) house on the southside of OKC for a client of mine. Here are their requirements:

-Pay around $150k or less
-Up to $1300/mo payment
-2000-2200 sqft
-3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 bath.

Through my finance program, the financing is guaranteed to the client after a minimum of 12 months in the house.
