Hi. I'm looking for a lease/purchase (owner finance) house on the southside of OKC, Del City or NW OKC (Hefner, 122, Memorial) for a client of mine. Here are their requirements:
-Up to $800/mo payment
-1500 sqft
-3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 car garage
Through my finance program, the financing is guaranteed to the client after a minimum of 12 months in the house.
