Does anyone have a rent to own in a decent neighborhood, 3 bed and pref 2 car garage for around $600/month?

Jeni, we have something similar to what your tenant is looking for, though it would be tough for someone to find a rental in a good area with those characteristics for $600/month. Can your tenant be flexible on the characteristics of the home or on the monthly rent?
