Hey guys I have a nice 3/1.5 that is located on 2300 Miramar Blvd. I have had no problems renting it, but would like to do a CFD if I can find the right buyer. I am willing to work with buyer and be flexible. If we can get a contract signed by the end of April I can help the buyer qualify for the First Time Homebuyers Credit.
