we have a one bedroom tenant (currently abp with 50 copay, fourth street) who is looking to move. she has been a great asset because she really kept us updated on a multi unit we had in a not so great area. she is willing to pay electric, does not want gas really (might consider it). she receives ssi. will consider north or south and possibly a two bedroom if anyone has one that falls into the rent comps. she has friends on south side. no highlands, already offered her that! we just don't have anything at this time that fits the criteria.
if you have anything please let me know and I'll give her your number. no referral fee necessary, just need to find her a place. she receives a new voucher on 9-3-09.
thanks in advance
tenant will take a one or two bedroom unit that falls into the comps. looking for a southside unit but will look at anything. owner went into foreclosure and utilities have been turned off. tenant will pay all bills if necessary. most likely she will be paid in full by s8
yes, she is still looking. she does not want to go toward the highland area however, off britton rd. etc.
we had a place on the se side with another investor but he copped out on her and told her if it passed he would rent it. no can do, have to know the owner is willing to complete repairs.
I thought of the one bedroom area you had, but she understands the area. Of course, at this point she has a voucher she needs to use so who knows?
I will take any address and send her that way. As I stated, if someone needs eyes and ears, she is the person. she will also take care of repairs herself and has been known to mow multi dwelling units just because they needed it.
thanks darren. let me know what you have. ( i suspect a two bedroom voucher would be paid in full if she pays utilities)
