s8 tenant forced out by foreclosure- wonderful clean tenant

I have a one bedroom 4th street tenant who is looking for a unit. She was previously in a condo on stratford drive. She has had to vacate as ordered by the bankruptcy attorney and is applying for an extension on her voucher. She is in her 40's, no criminal history, no calls unless necessary, very very clean and pays on time. She is a wonderful tenant and would be a great tenant to try s8 out if no owner has done so. She is primarily concerned with an area that his heavy in crime as she wants no problems and is a single woman.
