4th street voucher. long time tenant. will have either a 3 or four bed voucher. lives currently in the 600 block of nw 95, does not want to cross britton south if possible. wants to stay in area but will consider any north side. owner did not complete repairs such as remediation of mold, and will not get a lead based paint inspection so s8 was abated. Tenant has copay but pays by check on time. Used to have this tenant so I know she takes care of things. If you have any available let me know and I will give her your number. Include address and I will tell her up front.
