With everything happening in the "Markets" in the past year, it should be more evident than ever that Real Estate is THE place to hold and accumulate wealth! Now is the TIME to buy Real Estate. 

I am super fired up for this month's zoom meeting. Why?  Because we are fortunate enough to have one of my mentors, and personal friend Justin Anderson, from Augusta, GA to share with you why you should be buying now and/or making sure your business is running perfect and how to do both! I had the great fortune of meeting him about ten years ago when he walked into the REIA on a Thursday night. Since then he has been an invaluable team member of mine and I can’t begin to tell you the impact he has on my life. Very few people have continued to be my mentor over the years and he is one of them!

Justin has been a full-time Real Estate Investor since 2003. Initially building upon his background building custom homes, his business began in the single-family housing arena. Today, Justin has grown his portfolio to include everything from individual condo’s to large apartment complexes (YES right here in Oklahoma too!!); from raw land to commercial retail spaces. He is a licensed Broker in Augusta and Oklahoma and is also the co-founder of Augusta REIA in Georgia and AORE (The Art of Real Estate Investing). 

Over the years Justin has built a business that's twice as profitable as the average person and he has chosen to take that knowledge and give back to investors by developing a property management software and system to fit what Real Estate Investors need at a very AFFORDABLE cost. This is not just software but also includes things like branding, leasing forms, on-demand training videos, and webinars to mention a few.
